Vintage 1960s winter coat in powder blue with a grey mink fur collar.  Button front, swing a-line shape, raglan sleeves. Fully lined. Sleeves are slightly cropped bracelet length. Collar is not detachable, it is sewn on. Very good condition. There is some fading on the side under the arm. See last photo.
